The  health and safety of our clients and staff is our top priority, therefore we keep up to date with any information about the virus from the Australian Government Department of Health. Mi Ability have Policies and Procedures in place and we are happy to discuss any questions you might have.

  • Screening: All staff and clients are required to answer a series of screening questions daily and prior to visit.
  • Any staff member who is feeling unwell is advised to get tested and self-isolate until they have a negative result.
  • We provide Personal Protective Equipment such as gloves, disinfectant and wipes to our staff.
  • Our staff will comply with mandatory mask wearing rules.
  • Social Group Activities will be cancelled when directed by Chief Health Officer at no cost to the client.
  • The mandatory online Department of Health Infection Control Training Module will be completed by all staff.
